My charges are different to what I was told

As customers here we can try to help so what were you told and what have you been charged and where in the world were you when these charges were accrued ?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We was told it was £10 a month for Clare Lewis and Callum Titchener data plan instead of £16 but I see you are charging me £16?

You aren't talking to Sky customer services here - just other customers.

 

Have you check future bills?  First bills may be a little higher due to the monthly in advance charging.

Yes u have checked future bills and says £16 which is incorrect ? Should be £10 - I did not sign up for this

Ok, you'll need to call Sky on 150 to query it.

Mobile phone bills still showing incorrect

I have called you twice and still my bills for sky mobile are showing incorrect - my data plans are £10 not £16 as shown for future bills. Plus why did you charge me £16 on 1 Sept this should be £10? 

I have no confidence this is being resolved as I am not having to email again about this . Please can someone sort this out! It will be all on record arranged 24 Aug . Thank you

Hi @shopping  you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's mainly customer helping customer. No one from sky will contact you as a result of your post here. You will need to preserve on the phone or make a formal complaint.

As we replied to you before @shopping we are customers here only so you are not talking to Sky support. If you have spoken to Sky about this then did they say they will be correcting it ?
