My brother wont pay their phone contract on my account
Wondering if anyone has any advice ,my brother took out a phone contract on my account last year and promised to pay it ,meaning he would send me the money it cost and id pay the sky bill that also has my phone on it. Problem is hes been late and now has decided to stop paying for it and when i said you got to pay it because it effects my credit rating he replied oh f off said he doesn't have the money because he spent it on a night out and apparently that my problem. He's a week late so dont think hes gonna pay anymore and owes 500 pound on it .

Regardless of what your brother is doing the fact this phone is on your account means you are responsible for making sure it is paid because if it isn't then it will be restricted until any outstanding amount has been paid on it in full. Sky will not be able to do anything for you.
