My bill is wrong

I paid my first bill in December, i then paid januray. I missed february payment so paid double in March. I then have logged into my acccount today to see I have another payment due on the 2nd but it's another double payment. This cannot be right as I made a double payment last month to cover February and March. So this months payment should just be April - I am reluctant to set up a DD as the amounts change every month. I want someone to look at this and get back to me as I have covered all payments to march so should not be getting hit with a double payment once again. I also need my payment date changed as i swicthed jobs and it's working out that I'm paying 2 lots in one months wage.

You've deregistered before anyone can answer.

 

But if you are still reading this...  Trying to 'circumvent' Sky's billing system is not easy.  Contractually you must have a continuous payment set up.

 

Missing payments results in late payment charges and particularly late bills can result in the following month being due.

 

Additionally, making manual payments may not help as bills are generated and expect to be collected via automated means.  Manual payments paid too late are effectively counted against next month's bill and not the current one.
