My bill has increased twice in 2 months.

My phone bill has increased from £8.25 to £11 and now again to £13.50.... What is happening?? I have had no emails or contact about any increase. The cost is too much so will obviously leave as soon as if this is what they are planning to charge and keep doing. Is this going to happen every month now??

@Kelly-C

If a discount you had on the sim has ended then the increase can shown across two bills due to pro rata billing

We can't see your bills...  Have a look and see what's changed?

Re: My bill has increased twice in 2 months.

Hello I am wanting to know why my phone bill has suddenly changed from me going with the contract of paying £35 a month to now it's gone up to £44 I am not happy with this as I agreed and came to your guys for the best deal contract. Could you explain why this is please? I'm not happy with paying more than I already do the £35 a month. Not over £44.

'Your guys' is other customers here... You're not contacting Sky.

There was a general price increase recently - you should have received an email about this?
