You will have to wait for the payment to be cleared by the banks.

 

Also if you haven't done it already you will need to setup your monthly payment method again before your services will be restored,

Hi @Beth111  once your bill is paid you also have to set up a new continuous payment method. If more than 2 weeks late you may also have to pay the next bill. Once all this is done and the payment clears in Skys account then your services will be reinstated.
