Correct. If you've had the phone for over 36 months it's paid for and you can't use the swap process. You can do what you want with it and order a new device through your account if you wish.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have paid off your device in full then you can no longer swap it as you now own it as you can only do a swap when you are still paying for it. If you are on Swap36 (and not Swap 24) then call Sky on 150 for help with this.

I am still paying for it monthly just short of 3 years I have had it sorry 2 months left

Plus it has said not eligible for months as I also looked into this in February but because it said not eligible I left it
