My accessory (Apple Pencil pro) did not arrive with my iPad package.

My accessory (Apple Pencil pro) did not arrive with my iPad package.
I was sent an email to say my accessory would arrive along with my iPad that ive ordered, however my package just arrived containing only the iPad.

I've tried to contact sky but im unable to call and can't seem to speak to a human via live chat or find an email address. I just want to know if this will arrive as a separate 2nd package, or if there has been an issue with sending this.

Hello, 

No it doesn't, it shows as delivered today with the iPad. I managed to call them they've opened an incident number, I'm unsure when I'm going to hear back about the missing accessory.
