Hi,

I am going through the process of swapping phones. I have received the new phone but I am unsure if the packaging the new phone arrived in should be used for the return or if return packaging is sent to my address separately.?

The packaging I received the new phone in contains a postal lable but there a no instructions on securing the advice and the box isn't really fit for purpose.

You can use the packaging and the return label to return your device and when sending it off make sure you get and keep proof of posting,
