I am on holiday in France and I want to roll back some data our mobiles. Unfortunately My Sky app has stopped showing my account and sims.

we do not have any data signal either, is there currently an issue?

Hi @Ashbrook03 have you tried logging out and logging back in ensuring you are using the correct account details ?
