I have a Sky Mobile. I have a Sky iPhone 14 Pro. It's on IOS 16.5.
My phone is intermittently not accepting calls from outside of the Sky network itself. I have no idea how long this has been going on for. Days, maybe over a week.
I have rebooted my phone umpteen times. I have checked every setting I can think of.
I am far from an idiot. I've worked in telecoms support and also in ISP tech support, but this is driving me to distraction!
My guess is that either my SIM is faulty or my phone keeps falling off the network. Unless there is a Sky fault I am unaware of, but my other 2 Sky phones have no problems.
Can anyone shed any light please ?
I will call Sky in the morning when they reopen if not!
Thank you.

My slow reply is because I have been really unwell. I'm now catching up.
I've just called Sky mobile and been told to do a "reset all settings" on my iPhone WITHOUT doing any back up! "You need to trust me" was the answer I was told.
Having lost ALL every single little thing in my iCloud 9 years ago when I did an update on my then iPhone, I don't trust that advice.
Is there anything else I can do please? Could it be my SIM card?
Thank you.

Have you resent the network settings to your phone via your online account?
