Discussion topic: My Sky Mobile is accepting calls from the Sky Mobile Network. Other networks are failing to connect!

I have a Sky Mobile. I have a Sky iPhone 14 Pro. It's on IOS 16.5.

My phone is intermittently not accepting calls from outside of the Sky network itself. I have no idea how long this has been going on for. Days, maybe over a week.

I have rebooted my phone umpteen times. I have checked every setting I can think of.

I am far from an idiot. I've worked in telecoms support and also in ISP tech support, but this is driving me to distraction!

My guess is that either my SIM is faulty or my phone keeps falling off the network. Unless there is a Sky fault I am unaware of, but my other 2 Sky phones have no problems.

Can anyone shed any light please ?

I will call Sky in the morning when they reopen if not!

Do you have Wifi calling enabled, if so have you tried disabling this to see what happens ?
