My Sky App not showing mobile information anymore

We recently got Sky TV and Broadband but now the information isn't on the My Sky app for the mobiles that we have with them. It says to sign in when I go on to the Mobile part of the App but then says there's an error when I sign in.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I'm haing the same problem. My Sky App does not show mobile data and says there is a technical problem and to try later.

Update - Spoken to @KWN1 and after a check, we found they were not using the primary Sky ID., They are now all logged in and online with their mobile account 🙂

When I sign in and try to go to mobiles, as I want to roll data. It shows an error and won't let see anything

I am having the same issue. Mobile information not showing and technical issue appearing when attempting to view anything to do with mobile.
