We recently got Sky TV and Broadband but now the information isn't on the My Sky app for the mobiles that we have with them. It says to sign in when I go on to the Mobile part of the App but then says there's an error when I sign in.

I'm haing the same problem. My Sky App does not show mobile data and says there is a technical problem and to try later.

Posted by a Sky employeeUpdate - Spoken to @KWN1 and after a check, we found they were not using the primary Sky ID., They are now all logged in and online with their mobile account 🙂

I am having the same issue. Mobile information not showing and technical issue appearing when attempting to view anything to do with mobile.
