My PAC code request isn’t being accepted when I enter it. Old phone number is with Talkmobile.

When I try to send my PAC number and old mobile number the I want to take to my Sky Mobile account, it shows an error message and says try later each time. Any ideas to solve the issue?

@PgRobinson 

Is youir old number a Sky mobile one because if it is you can not use a pac to move it between Sky sims. The worjk around it to transfer it to a PAYG network then back to a Sky sim.

@PgRobinson You may have to ring Sky. The website seems to have technical issues over the past few days.
