My Messages notshowing CCA number to claim free galaxy watch

Hi, in order to claim a new Samsung galaxy watch 7 I need my CCA number but when I open the message in my messages it's just blank. It also doesn't show when I try on a different device. I.e. Laptop etc.

To put in a claim you might also be able to use your Sky mobile account number so have you tried this ?

I haven't tried this but will do so later. Thanks. I just think it's a bit odd how I can view all my messages apart from the one that has my CCA number on it. Thanks
