My IPhone 16 pro max on sky mobile saying number doesn’t exist when it does

my Sky Mobile IPhone 16 Pro Max, Us, Saying My Cousins Number Does Not Exist After a Silent Wait of a Good 40 seconds To One Minute Of Pure Silence, I Know The number definitely does exist, Iv tried updating IPhone to IOS 18.5. but it still hasn't fixed the problem please help ?? Are there solutions to this problem??
If this just happens on the one number and no other it will need reporting to Sky so it can be unvestigated but one of their network teams. 150 is the number to call them on.
