Multiple sims on account not linked together

So my husband has just got a new iPhone through sky, I already have a contract with sky and another 2 sims for our children, whom with i roll data to. My husbands sim isn't showing on the app, it shows on his but not mine...(although its the same account) we have separate sign ins. Is there any way we can group them together so he too can roll his data to the kids? I could see the details of his order on my app sign in but now its activated it just doesn't show. Thanks 😊

When this was ordered was it done via your account as it should appear on your account if it was.

If you have separate signins then it's not the same account.

 

They cannot be merged or linked.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
