Multiple Hard Search or my credit file

Recently I went to a sky mobile store and wanted to get an contract. They asked ny information to a credit check abd they said it would be a soft credit check but few days later I found there is 2 hard credit seach that happened on the same day from sky mobile. What should I do right now.?

Did you complete an order for a device? Have you received any emails from Sky about an order or about an order being refused?

For a sim only deal a soft credit check is performed. If you order a device a second more enhanced credit check will be completed as well.
