Moving over to Sky Mobile.

Hi all, 

 

I have recently transferred over to Sky mobile from Eir. I completed one number yesterday with no problem and I am trying to transfer another today.  It has not asked for the mobile number I want to transfer over. So no code has been recieved. 

Is this because it is a saturday?

 

What's the verification code?

It's how we confirm that the number you want to keep belongs to you.

When you tell us the number, we'll send it a text with a code. You'll need to enter this code or read it aloud - depending on how you're ordering - to progress with the number transfer.

Have you got a pac code to use and have you selected the relevant number to transfer over because you need to be careful as it might be default select the number you have already moved over. The best thing you can do about this is to call Sky Ireland when the lines are open again and give them the pac code for this number.
