Moved from EE to Sky Mobile number transferred but now no network.

I recently moved from EE to Sky with a new Iphone 16 Pro. My number transferred over yesterday and then all of a sudden my network  has disappered and I can only make SOS calls. I have tried resetting Network settings and then resetting all settings but that hasn't worked. My partner is the account holder so I cant speak to Sky on the phone until we are both together after work. Can anyone help me please?

Your partner will need to call Sky about this as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.
