Hi everyone. I moved from 3 to Sky and was able to keep my old number.
After a few weeks it appears that when I ring or text anyone, my caller ID shows as the new number originally assigned to me by Sky when I took a new contract with them.
I can't ring anywhere to contact Sky to report this apart from here
Can anyone help????

The other thing you can do is to order a replacement sim as that should come with the correct transfered number:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnder Settings>Phone check that your old/transferred number is set, you may have to enter it as +44 & not enter the first 0, then restart the iPhone by turning it off then on again.
