Moved from 3 with old number, revert to new sky number after a few weeks

Hi everyone. I moved from 3 to Sky and was able to keep my old number.
After a few weeks it appears that when I ring or text anyone, my caller ID shows as the new number originally assigned to me by Sky when I took a new contract with them.
I can't ring anywhere to contact Sky to report this apart from here

Can anyone help????

Have you checked that your phone itself is displaying the correct number and if it is wrong then try changing it.

The other thing you can do is to order a replacement sim as that should come with the correct transfered number:

Under Settings>Phone check that your old/transferred number is set, you may have to enter it as +44 & not enter the first 0, then restart the iPhone by turning it off then on again.

Virginia.
I don’t work for Sky.
