Moved address and my new phone is going to my old address
I've moved address and forgot to change it. I've just got a new phone and it comes on Friday and it's going to my old address

You'll need to call Sky to change your address. Mention the incorrect order but cancelling it and re-ordering to the correct address will likely involve another credit check.
