Monday 15th Sept marks 3rd week of no network connection!!

Does anyone know who the most appropriate person is at Sky Mobile, to inform them that I'm reporting the company for it's utterly useless and cruel behaviour in leaving me,a registered "vulnerable" person without a connection to their network for, as I said 3 WEEKS!!
