I get what you're saying kirsty.. Im 6 months into my contract and they offering me a swap hence why im researching as it sounds a little TOO good to be true lol..
They say to choose my new phone then whenever recieved it I had to send this phone back and they'll value it snd see what it's worth..
Aftet that.. I too am confused as I definately don't want to be paying for TWO phones simultaneously.
I wouldn't usually even consider it this early and to be honest am a little confused why they offering me the swap after just 6 months... BUT.. im having battery and charging problems with this but don't want to send it for repairs etc as cant be with out a phone 😳🤷♀️..
