Mobile sky ID link and payment

I have recently joined Sky Mobile and the payment hasnt gon through as it looks like i have put the wrong expiry in. I have tried to login online to make the payment but it wont let me log in or link the account to my sky app. I can't ring them as it looks like they have put a block on the calls. I have messaged the virtual  chat and cant get any response i have tried live chat but says unavaliable and I have messaged on twitter and facebook and havent had an answer. Any advice on what i can do please?

Have you setup a continuous payment method using a credit or debit card, if so then what happens when you try to login and link your account ?
