Mobile signal poor in SM4 Area

Only getting 2 bars max , but told I have good signal from Sky

Hi @churston56  what t issue is this giving you ? I often only have2 bars of signal but don't have any problems. Is any mast issue showing in your area ?

I've had no service for 4 days now they keep saying a mast has gone down in my area but I left my local town and went further afield and still nothing im one more day away from leaving sky

Have you tried restarting your phone both in your home area and away from it @Shann2  ?

Yeah I have starting to think something wrong with sim or phone
