Mobile service levels

I have received my sky mobile sim but have not yet activated it. Is sky mobile generally problem free. I rely heavily on my phone for work calls and texts as well as occasional internet use. On the forum a few people seem to be having issues and just wondered if the network usually works without any great issues.

Sky Broadband + Sky Q 2TB + 2 mini boxes + Sky Soundbox all on a Sony UHD TV.

All my opinions are my own.

Sky Mobile is a domestic service and as a result you will get domestic SLA's if any issues arise.  If you need a mobile for Business then you should be using a Business Mobile service, maybe your work could provide that.

 

That being said I've had Sky mobile since it launched and have had no issues with it.
