Mobile return but still being charged for old phone

Hi, So i did a swap deal with my old phone for a new one, i recieved the new phone set it up and returned the old mobile device, i recieved a email saying that they have recieved the phone and they will process it, that was a month ago and on my latest bill i am still being charged for my old phone, S o i dont really know what to do.

As this was a month ago then you will need to call Sky to speak to them about this, 150 is the free number to use to call them on and when you do stay silent when asked anything by the bot.

Mine was a new one which was faulty and within the 14 day cooling off period anyway. Confirmed receipt by Sky on the 15th August, still being charged for the phone despite 4/5 calls to Sky and continually being told it's being escalated. Still nothing so I have cancelled by direct debit and paid what I owe minus the £25 I am still being charged for. I am tired of calling Sky! anyone else with the same issue?
