Mobile repair stolen

Hi, I sent my Galaxy Fold 5 back for repair due to the well known issue with the internal factory fitted screen protector coming away.

Received a text message asking for proof of postage, which I sent back and then last night received a call from Sky stating that the package was empty when received. Luckily, the proof of postage shows the weight at posting.

Anyway, I was out for dinner and I couldn't really understand what the lady was saying (I wear hearing aids) as it was noisy and scheduled a call back for this morning. No call back, so have tried the chat system and no-one can help.

Called the supplied number and the line quality is truly dreadful, plus the operator had a strong asian accent, which made it even more difficult to understand.

Just be careful to keep your proof of postage, because if not I would have been lumbered with a hefty bill for a device I haven't now got.

@JosephtheDaddy

When calling say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
