I cancelled my mobile phone accounts and it now shows a credit of £12.20. This has been there a few weeks. I assumed on my usual billing date this would be refunded to me . It is now almost two weeks past that date but no refund has been sent.
how can I get the money owed to me back please ?

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

No not compensation
I added the funds in January as I thought I was paying account off it didn't
instead it got added as credit to my account
I called sky to pay off agreement but they mentioned only way of doing this is to credit me back then phone sky again to pay off tv agreement
the credit was done 23rd February was quoted 5-7 days but funds have not been put into my bank account yet
