Mobile phone sim free deal

I'm looking at getting my daughter a new sim free phone from Sky, as her current phone has broken. I have a year left with O2, will putting the sim card from O2 work in the iPhone 15 plus does anyone know? I don't want to be paying for 2 lots of airtime/data.

All mobiles from Sky are unlocked so her 02 sim will work in the phone from Sky. Should you order one you might be sent a sim by default so don't activate it then you will not be charged for it.
