Mobile phone prices no cheaper after being with sky 15yrs?

I was under the impression that being with Sky for 15yrs gives you some kinda dispensation when it comes to a bit of discount to take out a new phone, but its the same price as anyone buying a mobile - and to top it off, I cannot get through on the phone or on the chat to ask them about it - can anyone else or point me in the right direction of being able to speak to someone to see if there is discounts available?  thanks

There are no discounts on devices regardless of tenure.

The prices are as per the website. Tenure isn't a factor. After a minimum term deal on a sim data package ends you can call Sky to try to negotiate a discount on that.
