Mobile phone - phoned to pay off my contract. Disgusting how bad they are.

First time today - phoned for an hour. He movied me onto another perosn who had  no idea either.

 

2nd person - no idea. They told me to put my card details on the keypad but while speaking to them but it never worked.

 

3rd person - no idea.

 

4th person took the payment of £78 but it is a credit and she never paid of the £78 for my contract.

 

The worst service I've ever come across and they're closing some of the call centres because they say we want to do everything online and speak to people who don't have a clue.  The time is coming to leave sky - it's embarrasing. So annoyed,

That is really poor.

 

You might be able to pay this off via your online account as according to this link it is possible to do:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/make-a-payment-credit-agreement-payment

The link to pay it off does not work - funny that, don't you think?

 

I'm guessing they don't want their customers to leave or to have a nil balance.

 

Mad today. I've been in control of my temper for a long time as well. I feel sad. A customer for ten years.
