Spoke to Sky and they promised a replacement sim would arrive yesterday. It still has not arrived today. I do not want to spend over 20 minutes talking to sky on a landline. I can not receive or make calls. Same for texts so can not convert to esim

Still not arrived so spoke to Sky again. He said it wasn't ordered because they didn't have my name! I've been a customer for 25 years! He says he has now sent a new sim but could take 6 days.

Royal Mail takes up to 3 or 4 days to deliver these so it should show up next week if it was ordered yesterday.
