Mobile phone fraud
I've been the victim of identity fraud and have had 2 sky mobile contracts opened using my details . I have 4 iPhone 15 in my possession which the fraudsters tried to get me to send to them . I've been in contact with sky since the day they arrived and they keep telling me that it's been elevated to the fraud team and I'll hear something in 72 hours . I haven't heard anything in 5 weeks. I've received envelopes to return the phones which I haven't done . until sky confirm in writing that upon receipt of the phones they will close the accounts. I've reported to the police and have a crime number. But the so called fraud department are radio silent. Im starting to wonder if this department actually exists.

I'm not sure you can make such a demand.
However, what is of absolute importance is the envelopes you have are from Sky and not the scammers. If you return the phones to the scammers then you may well be liable for them.
Ensure the return address is as stated here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover (The Nuneaton address)
