Mobile phone - end of credit agreement

What happens at the end of the mobile credit agreement. I have two accounts and only want to move to a Sim only with Sky for one account and cancel the other one but don't want to purchase the Sim just yet until I know what the procedure is? Can this be done online?

Hi @Mick2403  sim plans are 12 months minimum term then they go onto a rolling monthly contract until you either recontract, cancel or switch it to another provider (which would cancel it on sky). Sims can only be cancelled by calling sky on 150.
