Hi I have paid the mobile bill manually however sky have now taken the direct debit out and has resulted in two payments in one month out of my account
anyone know how to get this solved please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Lpool36 as you have found if you have a direct debit set up then never make a manual payment as sky will still take the direct debit. If you leave it then it will show as a credit on your account and should be used to pay next months bill.
