Mobile out of contact in December

My phone contract is out of date in December can I upgrade my phone contract & get a new one? If so how do I go about this on the sky app?

Hi @LD1380  you can upgrade anytime until the contract is finished, then you simply buy a new device. If you wish to upgrade then go to the app and tap on the device you want to upgrade. Click on the start upgrade and then decide if you want to send your old phone back to hopefully cover the remaining part of the current contract or keep the old phone and pay off/continue the old contract.
