Mobile not working in Australia - tried every option in the online help

My wife is trying to use her mobile in Australia and we've gone through every step in the online help. Any other suggestions?

It is difficult to help without knowing what you have done but the usual things to try are to look at the spend cap and search for other available networks.

Thanks for suggestion. Spoke to a human at sky and they say they've sorted the spend cap and we've done the off/on and check roaming is on (auto or manual) but still not working. It might need time to work through??? I'll try them later. Thanks.
