My wife is trying to use her mobile in Australia and we've gone through every step in the online help. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for suggestion. Spoke to a human at sky and they say they've sorted the spend cap and we've done the off/on and check roaming is on (auto or manual) but still not working. It might need time to work through??? I'll try them later. Thanks.
