I've tried since yesterday, 12/05/24 to activate / sort my new phone but still can't talk to a human!! Phone isn't able to receive or make calls - spent nearly 2 days on something that used to be so simple!

Hi not a new sim and no mast issues. After 45mins on the phone to sky helpdesk a new sim is being sent out 🤦♀️
