Same here, can't send texts, error code 0 yet my wife is on the same joint mobile package and can send and recieve no prob🤷🏻♂️. We're in Manchester

@JamesFi ive been told same thing by virtual bot... keeps saying no problem in my area.
I dont get why they camt be honest and say sorry were having a problem.
Cant even talking to a real person. But quick enough to keep putting our bills up

The service things don't work last time my BB didn't work didn't say anything and wasn't till I spoke to a human they said there an area fault so all these apps and they don't work

Hi we are in Colchester and we are having the same issue with our text messages too I believe my sister in clacton is also having same problems are we any closer to a solution.

Same. I have not been able to send messages to a few of my contacts and have also requested network settings but still nothing has come through after waiting 2 hours!!

Tbf... I've been with Sky mobile for about a year and up until now I've had no problems.
I guess this is the acid test... When they do have a problem, can they fix it promptly?

I started getting cannot send message with sky- error 0 about 15 minutes ago but no issues showing on sky network anyone any suggestions?
