Me and my daughter are having same issues, virtual help, was no help! Can do calls, data is fine but no texts are sending. Cant talk to a human!

Mine was not the job post just a dying mother in a hospice I can't text and only just been able in last 20 minutes get my phone out of safe mode not mu phone just sky issues

Hopefully we will get some money off our bills? 

£87 a month for 3 contracts and not a single one can send a text?  

Last month it was the wifi that went diwn for hours. Not helpful when you work from home

Are you really @HelenH54, small world eh. It's infuriating isn't it with so many signal problems over the past few months. I've been with sky mobile for probably near on 10yrs now and I've never had any problems before up until the last few months. I just don't know what's going on.  You don't realise how much you depend on your phone do you until you can't use it 😫
