Mobile device return

I ordered iPad and received after a week, it wasn't suitable for what I needed and called sky for return. I received return label the same day and returned device next day. I got email it was successful return and is removed from my device list but I'm still getting charged for it 2 months in row. I have called sky and they said they will file complaint against billing team and someone will contact me with 7 days. Still no email or call from Sky but received my latest bill and I'm still getting charged for the iPad. Does anyone know how long takes return to be processed on bill?

About 2-3 weeks normally.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Any returned device has to be inspected for damage by the company that handles the returns for Sky so as per above this can take up to 3 weeks to be completed.
