My device should have been delivered on the 24th December but never came and when tracked keeps saying it's being held at DPD depot but doesn't say why or when it's actually going to be delivered. I've contacted DPD who tell me I need to contact sky but I can't get hold of my one at sky to look into this

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.
Note: We were informed on the run up to Christmas the lines were busier than usual and that’s likely to be worse over the holiday period.

Find out moreHave you had any emails regarding this as the only reason I can think off it that Sky could have requested it be sent back to them which would only happen if you failed the second deeper credit check but you would need to call Sky to find out why it is being held.

I have had exactly the same problem. Has been held at the depot since 21st Dec. I rang DPD who told me to get in touch with Sky. Sky chat said someone would call me 48-72hrs so waiting for the call.
