Hi! My partner is the only one who will be home for the delivery of the new mobile phone, I will be working and the order is under my name, he is just a user of the account. The detailed instructions confirm the only ID accepted for delivery are me with my name and address matching the account or a family member with the same surname and address. We are not married so do not share the same name, will they accept his ID as proof for the delivery?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Swardy24 no one here will be able to answer that. Officially anyone receiving the package should have the same last name as the person placing the order. Not all delivery drivers ask for ID (my recent delivery didn't). You could leave your ID with him and if asked he could show both to see if it's accepted.

Thanks for the reply, we will just see and I'll leave my ID also, worse case it'll just get re-scheduled for when I'm home, thank you for your input!
