Tried to change my mobile deal to one of the latest offers. By going through manage your deal and the new offer doesn't show up.
Do I need to cancel the one I've got before I can change it to the new offer ?

Find out moreThe offers shown on the website apply to a new sim only so you will either have to order another one so you would be paying for two if you already have one. Or you can cancel the one you already have been paying for it for 12 months or more. The new sim with this new offer will come with a new number.
