I have a I phone 12 and a 15 n the network is better on the 12 which is 4 years old n the 15 is new but my friend has 02 n I can never get network at my home but theirs runs fine so there obviously prioritising there customers first

I have 4 mobiles with Sky and been a customer for over 20 years for tv etc. I have been having this problem for a while contacted the support team and gone through all the questions and recommendations with no better service. The last time somebody was supposed to contact me to try and sort issues out, never happened. I will not be using Sky for mobiles again if this is sorted before my contract ends. Really disappointed with the whole service.

It's awful . I'm so disappointed by the 4g connection even when it shows full bars. Absolutely atrocious and I wonder if it is a breach of contract t by them ?!

If you are still within your cooling off period then you can just cancel...

Unfortunately not within it. I really feel that I've been sold something not fit for purpose.
