Mobile data availability

You may not be able to use your data services this morning. Voice calls and SMS are unaffected. Technical teams are working on the problem. We're sorry and we'll keep you updated here.

 

UPDATE 10:50: The issues with the O2 network have now been identified and we’re working hard with them to fix the problem. We're sorry this may mean you’re unable to use your data services at this time.

 

UPDATE: 09:00 7th Dec: We’re really sorry for the issues you experienced on Sky Mobile yesterday. We’re giving you a day of free unlimited UK data this Saturday 8 Dec, so you can catch up on all the things you’ve missed. You don’t need to do a thing.
