Hi,

I am currently in italy

I am unable to make or receive calls. When I try to call out, I get an automated voice saying its not possible to make the call.

I'm not receiving calls. I can't even listen to my voicemail. I am going to miss a job opportunity. I've tried configuration of the mobile settings. I got a message to say there's a temporary issue. I checked the settings manually and those were correct.

Can anyone assist please?

Do you have a spend cap set and if you do has it been set to low ?
