Mobile bill

Why have i got a charge for £28.26 and you sending me emails saying pay it now to avoid restrictions , i paid £34 on the 5th jan

You are not talking to Sky support on here as this is a place where customers help each other so regarding this bill what shows here:

Does it show it has been paid or does it say it is overdue, if the later does a credit appear on next months bill ?
